1. ปฏิบัติงานด้านวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้าในโรงงานให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนด
2. พัฒนา และปรับปรุงระบบวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้าในโรงงานให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ปลอดภัย และเพียงพอต่อความต้องการ
3. กำหนดวิธีการและขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานของฝ่ายวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า
4. ประสานงานผู้ให้บริการภายนอกในการออกแบบและปรับปรุงระบบไฟฟ้าร่วมกับฝ่ายวิศวกรรมและซ่อมบำรุง
5. ควบคุมการติดตั้ง ปรับปรุง ซ่อมแซม ระบบไฟฟ้าของผู้ให้บริการจากภายนอก
6. ทดสอบการทำงานของระบบไฟฟ้าภายหลังการติดตั้ง ปรับปรุง แก้ไข
