ประสานงานกับทีมเพื่อวางแพลนและคิด Content ล่วงหน้า
ทำและออกแบบ Graphic เบื้องต้น ดูแลบรีฟงานพนักงาน Graphic
ดูแล Account และ Design ช่องทางออนไลน์ต่างๆ (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Line OA)
ช่วยถ่ายทำและตัดต่อ Content เบื้องต้น เช่น Reels หรือ คลิปรีวิวจากลูกค้าคลินิก
*พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ* หากสามารถดูแล Website (UX/UI, Editor)

มีความสามารถในด้านการคิด, แพลน Content รวมถึงการทำ Graphic, ถ่ายทำและตัดต่อ Video เบื้องต้น
มีความรอบคอบ และรับผิดชอบต่องานที่ได้รับมอบหมายเป็นอย่างดี
สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีม ร่วมเสนอไอเดีย บรีฟงานร่วมกับทีมได้
มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ไหวพริบดี มีเซนส์ในการออกแบบและเล่าเรื่อง
สามารถเข้าใจเทรนด์ธุรกิจความงาม ผลิตงานได้ตรงกับภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์

₋ To handle customer’s tracing services or assist Contact Centre team handling overflow incoming calls
₋ To settle a difficult calls/complaints or any exceptional service requests from both partners and customer. Take a recovery action to meet customer/partner’s expectation and satisfaction
₋ To process any exceptional service requests from both partners and customer including x-border Chinese customers
₋ To daily monitor your own performance report and workload and take any action to keep up the standard and no backlog incurred
₋ To process claim for x-border parcel
- To handle admin & purchase function for CS Dept.

ต้องการด่วน
1. Responsible for the normal operation of the national risk control department and the realization of organizational and management goals.
2. Investigate, design, and improve risk control management and operating procedures, risk prevention and control in advance, and put forward suggestions for improvement and perfection.
3. Responsible for reviewing the qualifications (assets, venues, background) of new franchisees entering the network to avoid financial risks after operation.
4. Responsible for the work arrangement and coordination of the national risk control platform and regional risk control personnel to ensure the effectiveness of risk control work.
5. Responsible for research and sorting out the list of bad debt recovery companies in the Thai market, so as to recover arrears through debt collection companies.
6. Responsible for the daily COD recharge monitoring of franchisee sites, and generate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
7. Responsible for formulating the payment recharge monitoring process, control measures, and assessment plans.
8. Cooperate with the company's legal department and external professional law firms for professional consulting and special case handling and other business docking.

*คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร*
College degree or above,
Knowing two languages (Thai-English-Chinese) is preferred;
Have driving license and can accept business traveling, mostly in BKK area and upcountry area;
Familiar with the Thai e-commerce market and wholesale markets in Thailand
Have more than two years of sales experience
In the past work, there are successful sales cases
Age requirement: 23-37 years old
Strong sales skills
